Shipping

Lov'd Again services all of Canada with free delivery.

Your order will take up to 5-10 business days depending on where in Canada we are shipping to.

We use Canada Post for all deliveries, so shipping time will depend on their services.

Return Policy

If you decide that an item isn't the right fit for you, we are happy to take it back.
Please postmark within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item. 
You are unable to return items that are under $30.

 

Please note that the 14 day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not the order as a whole. If your order is arriving in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows.

We welcome you to send back multiple returns in one package, as long as the return slips are all included. 

 

Refund Requirements:
  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached).
  • Final sale items are not returnable.
Orders shipped within Canada:
  • Returns refunded to Lov'd Again credits cannot be changed to the original method of payment after the return has processed.
  • Lov'd Again credits will be refunded back to your account 5-7 days after Lov'd Again has received your return order, while original payment returns (credit cards, PayPal, etc.) can take up to an additional 3-5 business days to be refunded.
  • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
  • Only customers shipping within Canada will have access to the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping return label.
